The breakfast in he morning initiates burning more calories throughout the day. But the breakfast should be comprised of the protein rich products like eggs, oatmeal and curd.

Step2- You have to move your body. You should exercise to remove your belly fat. You have to inculcate it in your daily routine. Start walking up the stairs and not the elevator. Park your vehicle far away from your office and walk to your office. You can take a power walk at lunch break. You should be doing at least two and half hours of rigorous exercise at least twice a week. If you want to get rid of belly fat fast, then you will exercise for an hour every day.

Step3- Avoid intake of excess salt in diet. It will make the body bloat and fluffy and it also interrupts the exercising capacity of the body.

Step4-You must have a healthy food. You should not indulge in fat filled food. You should have meals which are low in calories and highly nutritious. You must drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated, else you would feel slow and swelled up. One must have 8 oz of water so that you remain hydrated and healthy. The food that you eat should be high on fiber and water content. Vegetables and whole food grains are always recommended.

Step5- You should sleep on time and have proper sleep. In case you are deprived of sleep, you are irritable and tired. You will not get the energy required for exercise.

Step6- You have to give up alcohol. It wrecks havoc to your liver. It does not have any nutritional value. Alcohol makes it almost impossible to get rid of belly fat easily.

Few more steps to lose the belly fat more easily and in less time

You must reduce on carbohydrates since people have more of this, more than the body requires. Carbohydrates turns into fat, thus you need to have low consumption of pasta, rice, bread. You must not skip meals. You must eat healthy and follow exercise regime daily. Reducing belly fat is not tough, but you need to be disciplined in your habits and eat healthy. Wanting to reduce belly fat would always motivate you. You must not feel low, seeing yourself in the mirror. Monitor the progress, which would encourage you further to continue with your exercise regime and eating healthy.
