I made sure the mission was plugged into my head and every single day I was committing to the hard work.

So now, I will tell you primarily it was insane. I found it so hard because I had no self-discipline at all.

Nevertheless I under no circumstances quit.

I made certain that regardless of how tough it became that I kept on it.

For sure, I didn't drop 100lbs instantly but after a few weeks of putting in the work I could see the change for better.

Then BOOM, a week later I jumped on the weighing scales and had shed around 10lbs.
